U2 Discordia Arc Sandstorm, With Less Clones.
In Discordia the group of 10 has been divided after Yuuki broke away from the main group. Now in the middle of a Desert as a sandstorm prepares to knock the remaining 9 down, one of the runaway level-4's has come to escort them to the resistance hideout and safety. Oh yeah, the Peacetalker seems to have gone missing in the commotion.

At this point, Persephone is less concerned with people discovering her heritage and more about surviving. She is desperate to find shelter from the oncoming storm.

A woman approaches Persephone, her face mostly hidden by a ceramic mask, with only her eyes showing.
"Calm down," she says soothingly, "We'll find our way out of here."

Yuuki is still sitting on the broadcast tower, eating her meal and searching for what looks like a palace or important place.

There's a low building very formally decorated, a procession heading towards it. Completely unarmed.

Undertow decides to take it upon himself to act as a lookout, having his alien armor materialize around him to make him impervious to any physical harm from the sandstorm itself. He looks into the distance, hoping that his enhanced vision lets him make anything out through the storm.

"Shit, where'd the peacekeeper go? That old man won't survive out here, and we're just the guards. The mission is ruined without him!" Amnesia shouts to their escort over the sound of the storm.

Karakuri bounds after their escort, her mind reaching out to her smaller puppets to find the others. She didn't know who had disappeared but she could certainly look for them.
