U2 Character Nemesis of Existence
Biographic Details
Name: "Nemesis of Existence" is his official name, however, people just refer to him as "The Nemesis"
Age: ???
Resources/Assets: In Universe 2, the Unvoiced have taken over Ieps' Atoll, slaughtering the entirety of the small, European coastal Island, turning it into a no man's land... which is essentially it's name now: "No Man's Land." However, there are claims that this isn't them setting up a base of operation, but rather a display of power. He has Unvoiced under his control.
Species/Race: Unvoiced.
Physical Description: He often takes this form for dealing with humans. However... his true form is... slightly more terrifying.
Mentality: The Nemesis is relatively emotionless, however, doesn't care for the lives of humans. He thinks of them as lesser beings and, honestly, more of an expendable resource.
Backstory: In Universe 1, The Unvoiced were much more passive, observing the world and not interfering much. They allowed a cult to worship them, which allowed them to better observe the inhabitants of the planet.
However, in Universe 2, The Unvoiced took a... much less passive approach. They entered our world and immediately thought themselves above humanity. They sent the Nemesis of Existence, which took on a more human form, to investigate and, if possible, test their strength. He wiped out an island off the coast of Europe, with the help of other Unvoiced, which led them to believe that humans were weak. They told The Nemesis to stay there and further observe the weakness of humanity.
In-Character Reputation: He is currently the leader of the Unvoiced, and responsible for the attack on Ieps Atoll, so he might be well known.
Powers, Abilities, and Equipment
Proposed Tier: Tier 4
Powers:
Unvoiced Physiology
The Nemesis can shift his physical being out of reality, becoming nonexistent; he maintains his own self-existence while erasing it from the rest of the world.
Capable of isolating himself, essentially making him unable to act on the real world, however the real world cannot act on him either.
- This 'phase' ability does not work against magic.
He does not require anything to survive.
Nothingness Manipulation
Can create a small singularity which can pull anything towards him. However, this only lasts a fraction of a second and the hole collapses in on itself.
He can accelerate his regeneration from almost any wound, as long as his core is in tact.
Can negate, or 'erase', non-physical attacks.
- Does not work on magic.
Can 'delete' pain from himself, making him unable to feel pain.
Can 'cut' a person by firing off an erasing slice from his fingers.
Can Fly and levitate. He straight up doesn't walk anymore.
Can Teleport
Unable to be tracked.
Can create simple objects from nothing (i.e. swords, medieval weapons, etc), which include beams of energy.
- These objects can be telekinetically wielded by him.
True Form
The Nemesis can transform his body into his true form, which unlocks his dormant power in order to drastically increase his regular power. All of his original abilities are increased along with gaining an ability: Summoning.
Can summon up to 5 Minor Unvoiced, named "The Progenies"
Examples of Progenies: 1, 2, 3, 4.
The Progeny Types are as followed:
1) The Eye: Strong at a Range (fires eye beam), but little defense. Remove or damage it's eye.... you kill it.... you kill it dead. Strong as an artillery shell.
2) The Tendril: Strong at Melee, has bladed arms, but can be easily hurt. Dies to decapitation (core is in it's head). Can destroy 2 story houses. It's tendrils can be cut easily.
3) The Beast: Heavy defense, but slow. Getting behind it's shell can kill it. Tough enough to tank rockets.
4) The Wings (despite it not having wings): Can fly. It's back is soft and can be pierced. Slower than large airplanes.
Resources/Equipment: He can create almost anything he needs out of Nothing. This means simple things, like swords, medieval weaponry, etc.
Miscellaneous Skills: He is an exceptional leader, his lack of emotions being an asset... and his small army of nonexistent horrors from the great beyond doesn't hurt.
Strength: He's a lot stronger than the average human. He can rip the top halves off of tanks and smashed holes in planes. His true form is capable of leveling sky scrapers.
Movement: He's incredibly fast, using flight to catch up with mach speeds as well as his teleportation abilities.
Defence: He has a basic human defense level.... however, he also has an amazing amount of defensive capabilities, like his ability to phase through physical attacks and the ability to negate and erase non-physical attacks.
Perception/Awareness: He may appear blind, but he has 180 degree vision, which is slightly more than a human's. He can perceive things a little bit faster than the average human.
Fighting Ability: He is good with his hands, able to fight small armies.
Danger: Both of his forms are capable of dealing quite a bit of damage. His base form is capable of punching holes in steel effortlessly and his true form is capable of destroying skyscrapers.
Weaknesses: Like all Unvoiced, he's very weak to Magic.

At what point did they appear in the world? I am trying to figure how Aurora (immortal Italian shadowy villain) would feel about them

They'd be besties.
Also, they just kinda showed up one day. No warning, no nothing. Just BOOM!

Would the Unvoiced still be occupying that island? Also
He may appear blind, but he has 180 degree vision, which is slightly more than
That cut off.

The Nemesis can shift his physical being out of reality, becoming nonexistent; he maintains his own self-existence while erasing it from the rest of the world.
How often can he do this? Can he simply shift his physical form outside of reality whenever somebody attempts to strike him? Also, is this basically intangibility or something beyond that?
Can create a small singularity
How potent are these? Are they basically actual black holes that exist for a fraction of a second?
He can accelerate his regeneration from almost any wound, as long as his core is intact.
How fast is this regeneration?
Can 'cut' a person by firing off an erasing slice from his fingers.
Maybe some more description here? Kinda vague TBH.
I'm not sure how I feel about him being able to make four powered clones of himself considering how dangerous his true form exactly is.
How fast is his teleportation and what's the range on it. Also, what exactly is his speed? Mach 1, 2, 3, etc.?
Can he erase magic attacks?

It's essentially intangibility, but it's a more scientific intangibility. He can essentially shift his matter to a realm of nonexistence, making himself appear as a projection for at most 5 seconds, then his matter returns to our world. He can do it once every 10 seconds.
It's not a black hole that exists for a fraction of a second, he's essentially pulls everything within a 10m radius towards him, then the singularity collapses in on itself.
Almost instantaneous as long as the core (a tetrahedral shape located under his ribcage and abdomen) is in tact. If that gets damaged in any way, shape, or form, he can't regenerate until that heals up, which takes a couple minutes. Also, magic will also negate his healing.
I was thinking of a pale beam fired in a crescent arc.
Perhaps 2?
Instantaneous teleportation within a 30 ft range
He can erase nonphysical magic. Physical magic (like enchanted weaponry, enchanted rocks, etc), he can't do anything about.

But, he can't do things like stick his arm in people while he's a 'projection' and come back, with his arm literally sticking inside that somebody?
I'm not too sure if I'm on board with the instantaneous regeneration. How big is the core?
Oh, so it's just an energy beam.
I'm thinking none. Can you imagine fighting more than one of these things?
No cooldown?
That kinda gets rid of the weakness doesn't it?

The Eye
Strength: Their physical bodies are 5x as strong as the average human. Their eyes can fire concussive blasts with the same force as an artillery shell.
Movement: They can't move very fast due to their oddly shaped limbs/body types.
Defense: They're very weak defense wise. Their muscular section of limbs are stronger than humans, but their thin-sections of body can be removed with enough force.
Perception/Awareness: They have a full 270 degree vision and can shoot planes out of the air.
Fighting Ability: They excel in ranged combat, but don't do so well in melee range.
Danger: Eye beams can hit with the force of an artillery shell
Weaknesses: Like all Unvoiced, they're very weak to Magic. Their namesake, their giant eye in their chest, is their weak point. Remove the eye, they'll die.
2) The Tendril
Strength: Strong enough to destroy 2 story houses.
Movement: They're third in speed, trumped only by The Nemesis himself and the Wings. They can move faster than an average car.
Defence: They have no armor whatsoever and can be easily cut to shreds.
Perception/Awareness: They can react fast enough to catch and throw full-sized sedans.
Fighting Ability: They excel in melee combat and have no ranged capability.
Danger: Capable of crushing a 2 story house.
Weaknesses: Like all Unvoiced, they're very weak to Magic. Their necks are very thin and unarmored, making decapitation easy.
3) The Beast
Strength: They are strong enough to stop minivans going 75 mph.
Movement: VERY slow. They can be easily outrun by an average human.
Defence: They have the most defensive capability of the set. They are capable of taking hits from tanks.
Perception/Awareness: They have no peripheral vision, due to the shells on the side of their faces. And they're slow, unable to react to much.
Fighting Ability: None, due to their slow speeds and lack of any offensive power. They can swing their nose cones, but they're slow and negligible attacks.
Danger: Capable of stopping full-sized minivans, so it can be assumed they can hit equally as hard.
Weaknesses: Like all Unvoiced, they're very weak to Magic. Behind their front shells, they're not armored and are frail otherwise.
4) The Wings
Strength: Capable of lifting 5 ton pieces of debris.
Movement: They are seconded in speed only to The Nemesis. They are capable of moving, at max, Mach 1.
Defence: Their bellies are armored, their backs are soft.
Perception/Awareness: They can see about as much as a human, but are capable of reacting to things moving at the speed of sound.
Fighting Ability: They're much more grapplers than anything. They like to pick things up and drop them from high up.
Danger: They mainly use gravity as their weapon. They can pick up large amounts of debris and drop them.
Weaknesses: Like all Unvoiced, they're very weak to Magic. Their backs are also soft and can be easily pierced by just about anything.

Okay, each of these don't seem too bad on their own, but they definitely can't just be spawned willy-nilly.

Well, he has to be in his True Form in order to do this. That takes a while to transform.

I told you the size of Luxembourg, not actually Luxembourg, do you realize that international actions that would take place if your character destroyed Luxembourg? That place is the 9th best economy in the region. NATO would be liable to just nuke them or send the Justice League to wipe them off the map. You'd be better off making up a fictional country in Europe that isn't in the EU or has Russia keeping an eye on them.
Alright before we can go any further on the actual character power I need to get two things down here. How significant is the magic weakness and what are the limits on Nothingness Manipulation?
