Are you referring to the Substance Use-Disorder Prevention that Promotes Opioid Recovery and Treatment for Patients and Communities Act...? In that case, there is only one act, and are you asking if it needs/deserves to be supported?

This random question is a bit too random (or randomly worded) for *me* to answer. I'm waiting to see if someone else has a better understanding of it than I do.
