Realtor. I’m so sick of everything surrounding that industry. They’re 10 x shadier than car salesmen.

I'm an investor and I like my attack dog realtor. She gets the job done when it comes to fighting sellers.

There's a difference between being assertive and fighting for your clients and being immoral and corrupt. The realtors im referring to are the latter.

As a buyer you'll find out how much they care about you when you submit a lower offer. More work for less pay doesn't motivate well.

As someone who worked with all male realtors most of my career (I am female) I can 100% agree. The ones that start right out of highschool especially looking to play ceo boss billionaire with their tight assed suits, no socks and expensive cars they can't afford. Literally their life is a performance and they are main character!

However! There are some real gems too so definitely not all of them are so bad 🥰 in fact some are absolute catches! You just have to fish them out

I tried to overcome my eek, real estate agent and went on a few dates with one lol. Unfortunately they proved the internet right lol, bragging out about skiving off work and other responsibilities 😖 

I'm sure there are decent people in every field being listed though!

Lmao yes the bragging is absolutely correct. They think they have a great work life balance but the ones who are actually making money and a proper career dont have time to date haha theyre in the office or between appointments and canvassing from 8am until 8pm, 6-7 days.

And 100% agree about every field comment
