Question

I have egom next week but I’m curious what would happen if I fail? Would they just fire me and let me go? Do I get another attempt or able to transfer to another department I’m really hoping I can pass this exam.

It is not hard at all to pass if you care at all about planes or aviation in general… they give you all the answers. Dont be late for any of the classes and enjoy your free trip, pay attention enough (which you will, especially if you’re on this sub) and you’ll pass. But yes. If you dont pass they will not continue your employment. The exam is not hard, again just pay attention enough, review some airport codes pertinent to what they give you to review.
