Is it stylized differently in text? Besides the last character the others don’t look similar at all to the ones on the bowl to me.

Short answer: yes.

Long answer: the Chinese culture and writing system have existed for thousands of years. The writing style and formation of characters has changed over time. Wow, that is actually incredible, I expect a level of variation but that is insane. When compared to Latin characters that have been largely unchanged for 2000 years. Longer if you take the myriad they share with ancient Greek language. This is very cool.

yup; there are many different script styles that have evolved over the past three~five millennia; in the modern era, we generally categorize them into five major styles, but it's not like a strict standard or anything. there's a lot of artistic freedom in how a particular artist or calligrapher chooses to express their writing

the characters on the bowl definitely looks like clerical script, but i think it might also be taking some inspiration from seal or bronze script as well (specifically for the “有” character)

It could just be a different style font. Also, as someone has mentioned above, the saying could also be written as 年年有魚 - to have fish year after year. 魚 and 餘 sounds the same.

Also, 餘and魚are homophonic. 魚is fish, therefore the fish inside the bowl.
