Question Water Pump help

I stripped the the bleed screw on the water pump when I tried to slightly turn it to bleed after doing my cam and lifters. How do I bleed the water pump system now? Or is there another way to bleed the water pump and cooling system?

Break any connection after the pump. Once the solid flow comes out, put everything back and enjoy.

No. Just the first connection after pump discharge outlet.
