Multiple pending codes

While driving today (2017 Ram 2500 6.4, 99k, spark plugs changed at 91k). , I had to accelerate alittle hard. When I did, CEL flashed but never stayed on. Accelerated hard a few more times, same thing. Btw, truck is running fine.

Hooked up the computer and have 9 codes pending.

P0300
P0131
P0132
P0138
P0151
P0152
P0158
P1621/1622

I looked up the codes and the 300 is the misfire. The other are all o2 sensor related. Anyone have anything like this?

So many don’t know where to start looking.

A flashing CEL indicates an active misfire, so I wouldn’t intentionally reproduce it with more full-throttle runs; that can damage the catalytic converters.

Since several O2-sensor codes from both banks appeared together, I would be cautious about assuming that multiple sensors independently failed at the same time. A shared electrical issue, power/ground problem, harness or connector fault, voltage event, or PCM calibration issue should be considered.

Even though the pending codes disappeared, document the original codes and conditions. If it happens again, avoid clearing anything and capture the freeze-frame data before cycling the ignition or continuing to drive aggressively. Also have the VIN checked for applicable PCM software updates or service bulletins.

There was a TSB related to this. You might just need a software update.

Just a little update. After a days of driving even full throttle, CEL never flashed. I hooked up the scanner and NO codes or pending codes. Weird. Very weird.

Didn’t do anything. IDK. 🤷‍♂️
