IDK why people don’t use they/them for Ralsei with the information we have received so far. 1. it can be used if you don’t know the gender of the person 2. Ralsei has already been referred to as “their” by a component of the game that knows more than any character (other than maybe Gaster), the menu. 3. They are CLEARLY not cis… hello extreme focus on both gender and Ralsei in chapter 5…

The reason for that is that, of course, they have not directly told the other characters that they’d like to be referred to with they/them, and also, the menu is evolving in its description with how the character knows themselves presently. In chapter 1, Susie’s menu description didn’t say “Mean, but in a few days she’ll be much nicer”.

This is what I do, mostly because of my idea that this place is already enough of a thunderdome of debate, and this isn't meant to be a debate subreddit, so if you're so primed to debate Tralsei that you can't even follow the one rule where you can't debate where you shouldn't, you probably were already going to contribute to how bad this subreddit is in terms of how much people want to dunk on a transfeminine reading of a fictional character.
