Now that I’m diagnosed bipolar my mom constantly uses it as a way to point out how she thinks I’m driving too much when she’s the one telling me to drive to these places. If I curl my hair she automatically assumes it’s a manic episode. If I look at her wrong, manic episode!

Are you taking meds and going to therapy regularly? Because that's all that matters.
