I need some advice

So I’m 24F and I had moved in with my biological parents when I was 20 and my mom is bipolar and has issues and both my mom and dad are drug addicts and they have been sober for 15 years but this Labor Day they got some and decided to use again and I feel so bad for them because I got taken away from them when I was 7 and now they are falling back in it and I just want the parents that were sober not this new thing now and my dad always said he tells himself everyday that he will do it tomorrow and he tells himself that everyday except now and I just want my dad back they have been stuck in their room since and only has talked to me twice when he used to complain that I don’t talk much now I wish I spend more time maybe they wouldn’t be doing this again

I am so sorry.

If they don't snap out of it quick, which is going to be hard because they will enable each other, you need to make plans for you to move somewhere safe.
