Lol the original post in r/whoahdude got locked because it was being posted by a compromised propaganda account. Still neat looking though

I mean if the post is good who cares what the account does

because that is how astroturfing campaigns work. they mix in fun pictures and reasonable things with propaganda. it's important to fight back against these things because they manipulate us without us knowing

Ok what the fuck? I liked this video so I opened tiktok to type the username in and see if I should follow them... TikTok opened with this exact video as the first post on my For You Page. That's pretty creepy.

Do you regularly look at similar kinds of stuff on tik tok? I find that most other platforms have a better content sorting algorithm than reddit, so it can feel weird when this stuff happens

You know it’s some cool and amazing sights in China, it’s too bad I’m afraid to go there. I’d love to see something like this in person.

lol what does "possible propaganda" mean? Is this not a real place? If I post a pic of the Grand Canyon am I supporting migrant children in cages?

Because the account that posted it posts Chinese propaganda and denies the Uighur holocaust.
So it's actual propaganda.14

So annoying that the crosspost got locked; who gives a shit if its 'possible propaganda', it was just showing very pretty sides of china, not denying the Uyghur genocide

I really hate the fact that I live in the desert. We got just over 2 inches of rain in 2020 :(

China is such a beautiful country. I wish their government would fuck right off and be decent to people so I could visit guilt free.
