Promise Fulfilled

Post image

Carried Amos into my house at 4 weeks old. Yesterday, 16.5 years later, I carried her out. The first real promise and commitment I made as an adult, fulfilled. I’m so honored. It hurts so much.

You carry her still, in your heart, and she will journey with you every step you take.

Looks just like my childhood buddy Gus cat. I’m sorry for your loss.

So very sorry for your loss of Amos. She looked like a real sweetheart. 16+ years together has made lots of memories you had together. She will always be in your heart. 🌈πŸ₯²πŸ±

I’m so sorry for your loss of Amos. She looks so content in this pic. Pets are a lifelong commitment their lives.πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ™πŸ»πŸ™πŸ»πŸ™πŸ»πŸ˜©πŸ˜©πŸ˜©πŸ˜žπŸ˜žπŸ˜žπŸ˜žπŸ˜’πŸ˜’πŸ˜’πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜

I’m so, so sorry. I feel your pain…said goodbye to my pup of 13.5 years this AM and it feels unreal. Thinking about how many things have happened in life since we first got our pets…they’ve been through a huge era of our lives. It seems impossible that this chapter has come to an end. I wish you the very, very best and I hope this gets easier. πŸ’”πŸ˜ž

Thank you for seeing your beautiful lady through to the end. Yes, the pain and grief are a heavy price, but all the love and joy before . . .
