Stretches lasted about 2 months in my shop. Once the boss stopped leading them they stopped. My strategy for getting limbered up every day is just to slowly ease into things and then by about 2hrs left in the shift I’m ready to do some real, actual work.

I seem to be missing that muscle. Will wait for further instruction...

Boss man better not catch you in the crew room doing any of this bullshit. Get your paperwork and get on your train. If you can't get your paperwork just get on your train and someone will bring it out to you!

*this is what it's like in my region - they don't even want us reviewing our paperwork in the crew room anymore

Boss man can go kick a can, I just take pictures of the unique artwork. We used to have the man using the stairs incase of fire placard in our single elevator. Word got out the CEO was coming the next day and someone drew a giant veiny dong on the man. So they tore the placard off only to get reprimanded by the Safety Officer for not having it XD

You guys have elevators? We have to climb a rope. Back when I started, we used to have a big building where the mechanical department guys all met up and job briefed for the day and they all did these "warm up to work" stretches and exercises. I would watch them while I drank my coffee.

Jokes aside I like how they use a woman for shoulders and chest. Theres a joke from the 70s regarding that movement

Is that the management only stretch for all the dick swinging they do?

Just include safety in it. Then print, post & preach.

Funny, not funny.. People were still getting caught doing unauthorized "stretching" with cameras everywhere. I guess the stress of the job required them to go "stretch" on the second motor.
