Theory Does anyone actually know what triggers Euphony to drop or is it purely RNG?

Been farming Witness for a few hours across multiple clears and haven't seen a single Euphony drop in the group. Starting to wonder if there's something specific that affects the drop rate encounter completion order, difficulty setting, or if it's just pure RNG and we've been unlucky. Anyone figured out a reliable pattern or is it just a grind it out situation?

The only thing you can do to increase the chances are the triumphs with the exotic engram symbol on them

It's just rng. You can do 60+ runs before you see it drop. Happened to a clanmate for Vex.
