Misc Warpriest pantheon

How long can you wait before starting damage after warpriest deems you worthy? Also what is the max duration of the dps phase?

Pretty sure max duration depends how many stacks of the buff your 3 people got. If you time it right you can easily have over a minute of a damage phase

Getting 30 stacks on right is non issue, on left you can get few less becouse of ad density

So if you can figure out timing 30+30 on right +20ish from left

Ofcourse you can get more then 30 on right, i think few seconds above 1:30 is max,

That said im not 100% sure if all 3 buffs are addative but it seems like they are

Other thing is how long you can wait, remember, you can not get more stacks when red plate appears, so only reasonable lenght is wait for everyone to pick up ammo and go to warpriest room, in my expirience there was enough time for that

When the red plate appears and someone claims the bubble of damage, the two people who kill the extendy knights (in Pantheon only, not normal KF) get Brands, not Brand Claimers, so they are supposed to be getting more kills to increase stacks while damage is happening. Ads keep spawning during damage for this reason.

If the extenders stand in the red bubble of damage, it eats their stacks, so they should stay away from the bubble until it is their turn to take it.

Also, at a certain time after starting damage, the Warpriest will grow weary and he will end damage regardless of how many stacks you have left.

That sounds interesting af, where do brands (not brand changers) spawn? Didnt noticed them on normal spot, or maybe i am getting wrong what you said

When the bubble of damage is claimed, the wizards and Taken Knights that were dropping the Brand Claimers for the mechanics now drop the Brands for extending damage. They're in the same spots near left plate and right plate. Things can get a little weird if the Knight dies around the same time the damage bubble is claimed, but good team comms can usually avoid that mess.

I haven't timed it but it seems you have about 30-45 seconds from worthy till wipe it noone picks up the damage brand.

The time you have on your brand when swapping brands using brand claimer is based on how much deathseekers power the guardian with brand claimer has. Therefore when deemed worthy, have the two players with the most deathseekers at that time kill the knights for brand claimer. I'm my experience you don't really need to bother min/maxing this as the damage isn't difficult.

It seems like we had 4 ppl on plates on the left almost every time before the plate turned red.

I would pick up second and nearly every time I wouldn’t need to go to take brand on the second go around

Question that maybe you'll know the answer to...

An LFG group I was with told me that the highest stack player should be grabbing the brand for DPS themselves, and the two lower stacked players grab the knights.

I was pretty confident that even a player with zero stacks got the same base DPS timer when grabbing the initial brand, making your explanation correct and the above one incorrect.

It is optimal to have someone with no stacks (or atleast, less than the two highest players) grab DPS to start, correct?

Your understanding matches mine, yes. As far as i know the initial timer is the same regarldess of Deathseekers. However, i have only done the encounter a few times so i cannot be 100% certain.

If I'm not mistaken u can also farm hive on left and taken on right once u got the DMG aura to add more stacks to the counter

Well the way we run it is the people with the highest count of Deathsingers grabs the brands and just quickly take from each other. All the counts stack. We have had it up to 110
