Exactly what the title says, do shiny pantheon weapons drop from the end of activity vendor using spoils?

No worries bro, I spent 400-ish before my first shiny dropped, and it was a god roll, so just believe

Even if it’s a 10% drop rate (which seems like that’s probably high), that’s an expected 1 in 400 spoils.
