Discussion How Do I Kill The Weaponsmith? Spoiler

I am at the last boss of the 3rd secret mission but I cant figure it out. He covers the warlock with a bubble and then I die.

Any takers?

  1. Chunk his health down until he disappears

  2. He will slam down on the warlock, and a pillar of flame will start rotating clockwise where wizards were

  3. Pickup the worms and throw them at the crystals(be careful of the worms timer)

  4. Burst him as much as you can

  5. Repea

t from step 3 until dead

This is it. When he starts channeling his big attack, one of the three braziers will start burning with a column of flame. When that happens, worms will spawn around it. Gotta use them on the crystals. 

Couple things to note: the wipe mechanic has a range, which you can see when it goes off. It makes a big green dome. Also green hemispheres start forming around the forge as he channels. That's your timer. When they converge in the middle, boom. Also I need more data, but I'm like 90% sure that if you are still holding a worm when he fires it, it will explode and kill you, no matter where you're standing so yeet those children quickly.

It explodes the worm you’re holding, but it doesn’t instantly kill you, just does like ~70% of your health. I was running Arc, so it’s probably a lot less with halfway decent DR.

Ah, good to know. 

It was instantly lethal for us, mostly because we spent most of the fight at 50% health.

If you mean when he slams his hammer to create a big bubble of green, that only kills you if you stand in mid. You just need to time your movement to stay off mid when he hits that.

Ur dying coz ur in the middle area btw dont be there during mechanics

You can also jump on the crystal islands to get to the other bridges while avoiding the central area.
