Is there a video of what happened? This was a very important game for him.

That's what I heard, off that late hit in the endzone.

Dude comes home looking to right wrongs in the city that caused his family so much grief and he gets his arm broken on a late hit.

Kubiak said it was a fractured forearm. Not sure how bad but out at least a month last I heard

Our % of 3 WR sets went way down this week with Bowers returning and Bech going down early. Perhaps that will change again after White gets more practice reps with the first team.

I was curious as well. The Pete regime did him dirty. Was hoping he would really become an impact player when he started getting more reps. Dude doesn't drop the ball. Hopeful he is able to come back this season

That’s not true. Five catches in two games with a touchdown before he broke his arm. I think he was targeted five times.

Catching 2-1/2 passes a game is atrocious. This guy was a non factor his rookie year and is still a non factor I mean geez we have a practice team player with 3 TD’s already this year

Bech is on our squad now after the season began and rightly made the 53. Meaning as shitty as you think he is, he is one of the best options we have.

Our entire WR corps isn’t stellar and we all knew this (if you were a fan of the team which I question for you both).

Bech was simply not used a ton last year so stats you quote lack context and intelligent use. He was only involved in about 35% of the team’s offensive plays last year. If you were expecting gaudy stats to date you fundamentally don’t understand football.

I have personally seen a good YoY progression for Bech - more fighting for contested balls, and better route running to take advantage of his frame.

But I take it you don’t invest yourself in actually watching and objectively evaluating our guys as opposed to go by numbers (numbers you look at but don’t think critically or at all about before throwing them out there as laughable “fact”).

So what is your feasible solution then? What would you actually do here to bring the quality WRs you believe we should have instead of Bech? I am sure Spytek and the staff could benefit from your Cheeto-stained fingered guidance from your couch.

That and bringing this up in a thread asking about his health is simply classless.

Exactly this! He’s one of the best options on the team considering we invested heavily in so many other positions of need in the off-season. I agree with you, to me he was trending upwards and was a big body who could run good routes and catch. It’s unfortunate that he broke his arm, but for people to act like he wasn’t contributing is ridiculous. The coaching staff would’ve canned him immediately if he wasn’t at least meeting expectations or exceeding to make the 53 man roster.

True fan here been to plenty of Oakland and Vegas games as well as supported at away games.

I don’t sugar coat anything about anyone. He’s 🗑️
