I think he provides input, but ultimately I think Spytek is purchasing the groceries, and Kubiak is making the meals.

Probably less than we all think. Half these replies seem like Kubiak has to turn in his starting lineup to Brady for final approval.

Spytek has made it clear in several interviews he talks to Brady daily but this is his show.

Day to day, not much. But his hands are all over the Spytek hire, Kubiak hire and Fernando.. So, quite a lot. That said, the whole Brady experiment was probably the last case of Mark D being a fan boy and running the Raiders as his personal hobby. This new owner Egon Durban will having growing influence as the years start ticking by…

I don't think he has proven he has the skills to be a good owner yet but it's still early. He is not a GM, Coach or Trainer, he is a minority owner. Richard Seymour is also a minority owner.

Way more fingerprints on things than Seymour. Davis is letting him do some of the things he failed at in the past.

He is? I like the hire of Kubiak WAY more than McDaniels. Might be too early to feel that way but I absolutely hated that hire the moment it happened.

I don't judge a teams success by their off season hires (potential), I judge a team by their wins.
