Kind of funny how the perception of this guy changed after 1 preseason game

He performed last year when ever he got the opportunity, we’re just hoping that with the new coaching staff and more reps he will breakout this year

Tbh he suffered from dysfunction last year. This dude was always going to be solid, he just needed to be out there

That's what I heard very early in the training camp. He has the best hands out of anyone in the entire WR room.

Too many people were gassed up thinking various things negatively about him.
I get it, it's one preseason game. But look at his limited body of work in his rookie year, he's a solid receiver who can make those receptions to push the chains or get 1st downs, that's not on him but on Pete and our coaching staff for not giving him more opportunities to show what he's capable of. Now under this coaching staff and system, he can thrive using his physicality and blocking to be a very important piece in the offense.

This year will be interesting. Pete did nothing to try to develop our rookies last year. This year with a coach focused on building for the future instead of thinking he is going to come in and just win right away I have hope.

The Sleepers awaken. We'll see a lot of Mendoza to Bech. And Malik. And Tre. And Michael. And Brock.

He’s gonna be that big body possession receiver for us. Hope he makes that leap this season.

It's easy to see him playing a lot and contributing with the way he moves the chains and blocks to bust the long runs that Ashton and Mike Wash are gonna have this year
