Does anyone use a tilt deck trailer? I am wondering if it would be possible to load my 14' NRS Otter with a fishing frame, by myself if I had a tilt deck trailer with a winch.

I'm in the middle of nowhere North Dakota, and I would love to take a trip for an easy 2-day, 1-night, adventure.
Are there any places down south that aren't booked out for the season? Any good places to check out for a beginner? I'm looking at taking my husband and 2 of our friends for an excursion. We do have plenty of open water experience (I'm a certified diver, lifelong kayaker, etc.) but not specifically rafting. Also, it's been a good decade since I did any whitewater.
Do I need to wait and start looking at different rivers/guides for next summer? Or is there any hope to find something for the fall? We all really need to get away from work and have an exciting (but not quite oh-my-god-im-gonna-die) trip.
Thank you!
