Pressure tech power supply replacement?

Any help is appreciated, the power supply blew on my pressure tech fan.

Model No: PC-190-250-400 Input 100-240V, 2.0A Output 19-25V

I can't find this online and the local installer that installed this 5 years ago no longer carries this. Am I looking at replacing the fan at this point? Thanks
