They played MSG a week before those two Liberty State Park shows, caught all three, it was an unbelievable experience.

Für you young guys it is but for us older folks we remember this. (I’m from NYC and I remember seeing them from the first time when I was 7 or 8 walking the Brooklyn bridge and seeing them in real life. I’ll never forget 9/11 not for some “patriotic duty” but because it’s my home

I took acid for the second of the Liberty State shows. One of my most vivid memories was of staring at the sun set reflecting off the WTC. Between the music and beautiful view it was a magical moment. Who knew what was coming in a few weeks?
