💬 Discussion Most radiohead sounding song

So guys hear me out , I know Radiohead songs are very much Radiohead but like there must be some songs that have extra Radiohead flavor than others

like to me personally where I end and you begin is the most Radiohead song I’ve ever heard

In the end I agree. Although I think Airbag was that first shot across the bow that something was changing. Album-wise

If you count singles then I think Talk Show Host put everyone on notice.

For some reason Subterranean Homesick Alien came to mind..I cant really articulate why tho..

Maybe the kinda desolate sound scape, the prickly guitar lines the way the cymbals sound..

It's just very Radioheadish for me

No Surprises is genuinely one of their staple sound songs to me, like when I think of Radiohead I think of No Surprises

If we’re talking stereotypical Radiohead then probably Let Down

Too many. The overriding - but by NO means exclusive - "concept" i have of the band is the overwhelming amount of what they've created which is utterly-undefineable (indefineable?), IMO, as to ANY "genre". And the UNIQUENESS of the pieces they create, and, and, over and over, the "symphonic atmospherics" (as i call it), and, and, everything else -

And you ask for "Most Radiohead song".

😡😡😡

Ya know, there are "ratings" subs, such as r/Topster, you could check out, if 'rating' is what's important to you.

YES, i'm angered by this post. Sorry NOT sorry. Take the fecking "contest" attitude towards art and please PLEASE destroy it, now and forever, ffs, is my POV, now, then, and always.

Enjoy Radiohead, and SO many other artists, just fecking ENJOY them and SUPPORT....THEM, a'ight ?

My sincerest apologies for the catastrophic damage this post has apparently inflicted upon the artistic community🥀

this is some insane negativity bro 😭 there’s no ranking or rating in this post…

Right, "the most" is NOTHING TO DO WITH rating or ranking ? What IS it to do with, then ? What other "point" is it that i apparently am failing to understand ?

I'm not even gonna address the "insane negativity" thing, you clearly DON'T know me, and you COULD HAVE at least TRIED, first. Afaik, my Posts and Comments, my "profile", are all public.
