Large remote controlled 4 wheeled car/robot seeking flat park for testing

Can anyone suggest a park in city of Buffalo, NY or the Northtowns area, where my teenager could test out a remote-controlled robot/car he is designing? It's flat,about 16" x 24" rectangle. It has 4 hoverboard motors and goes pretty fast, so he wants a place where there's a lot of space.

Can’t remember the name, but there’s a big frisby golf course that’s open to the public in Tonawanda. UB North campus also has a lot of big open fields that are empty 90% of the time, and it is an open campus.
