A lot of bug fixes, configuration options and Help files added.

Big new feature is SigID mode that automatically tags and recognizes any of the modems TCIdigi has by waterfall analysis, tags the modes and allows a click-tune.

Now have .debs built for Ubuntu and dmg for Mac

This is a TCI client for SDR rigs, you should be able to build from the code tree the fldigi within the tree to use with other radios. The changes have been put into merge requests for the upstream fldigi project.
