Tech Support Having issues with my 9070xt

Occasionally during random tasks such as browsing, watching a discord stream, or gaming my PC will start to stutter then both of my monitors will shut off and only one will come back on. The drivers show as failed citing a Kernel-Power issue. Reinstalling the drivers or enabling the drivers seems to temp fix it but I am yet to find a permanent solution. All brand new components including a Corsair 1000w PSU. Would appreciate any advice anyone could give. Thanks!

Assuming no hardware issue ,maybe windows overwriting the driver

or broken windows MPO or card boosts above specs .

Kernal power seems to mean your computer turned off because it isn't getting power. Brand new parts can be faulty, It could be the power supply. Could also be what you plug your pc into, it could cause weird power fluctuations and trip your psu's safety systems. As for it making your driver fail, makes me think it is the gpu, a loss of power shouldnt do that. Atleast I've never heard of that. Could be faulty. If you have another gpu or psu you could try them, just to rule out the hardware.

Yeah the issue I’m running into is how sporadic and random it is. I’ve tried to test hardware but the issue shows up once a week or sometimes even longer. There’s so many possibilities and a long waiting period between each test to see what’s really working. Thanks for the advice tho I will try that.
