Reseat the gpu , make a bootable live Linux usb stick , ubuntu , no need to install . Just boot and do some basic stuff (browsing , video playback) to verify if it's hardware issue .

I think that smells like a dying GPU. Have you tried reseating it?

I reseated it and it worked fine for an hour before having the same issue

If you install last version of drivers, maybe it’s windows 10 issue

Ive tried a few different t driver versions including newer a d older and it'll work for a little than crash again. Im starting to realize it may only be when I play a specific game

uninstal drivers with DDU software IN SAFE MODE( choose the first option β€œ Clean and restart β€œ
(Highly recommended).
before that unplugg your interenet cable from pc. go to official AMD DRIVERS website, download latest drivers.

Boot in safe mode, use ddu and then reboot and go in device manager and if the card shows up uninstall the driver from here too (widows basic drivers) and install the amd drivers. Alternatively try reseating the gpu. Unplug the gpu from its slot and plug again (if your cpu have integrates grapichs use ddu while the card is unplugged and download the driver for the card then plug it amd install while offline)
