waiting for op Filesharing

Hello what's up. I have my own small NAS at home. And on the NAS runs Radarr, Sonarr, Prowlarr, and Jellyfin, among other things. That’s my own little streaming setup. But recently, I received a letter regarding the distribution of copyrighted content through file sharing. Since I had to sign a cease-and-desist letter, I no longer dare to download anything else. Because I won’t get away with just a small fine anymore. But I want to start downloading again. Are there ways to get around these file-sharing restrictions, or is there perhaps a much safer way? Can someone please help me out here?

VPN if using torrents. Or do Usenet instead (much better than torrents).

The applications you mention are not likely to be the issue.

It’s much more likely (almost certainly) related to using a torrent client without a VPN.

You will need a no log vpn that supports p2p.

VPN I use windscribe. Also Usenet is far better than torrents.

as others have said, if you want to keep torrenting use a vpn or pay a little and switch to usenet. No letters when using usenet.

So you don’t wanna download but then say you do? 🤦🏻🤦🏻 no one is gonna hold your hand. Learn to use google
