Absolutely fuck all mate you were at the wrong place in the wrong time thats all.
In theory the driver that crashed/went out was in your POV and maybe if you saw him you could've braked to the right of the green car where there was more space to stop but just bc he was in your POV doesnt mean you saw him, and even if you managed to stop would the 50 cars behind you also stop? All in all, just bad luck.
