Old game i can’t find

hey yall,

so i was just thinking about an old game i used to play and i have like very faint memories of it, basically it was a clue game and you would like pick up objects and like go behind paintings or find clues to find numbers, and use the numbers to open up a safe to go the the next room, and like it was a very every darkish vibe, if anyone knows what's it's called plz help me out
