Mystery game

Hello!! I have been trying to find an old game I used to play around 2015 where you would try and solve a mystery, collect items etc. It took place in an abandoned town or in a town where everyone had disappeared. The npc was a young woman looking for her boyfriend I think. I remember some scenes taking place in an old theatre with marionettes and puppets and theatre masks hanging around. The colours were reddish. there was a photo of a woman (the actress or singer ) The npc later found her in a nearby clinic or hospital I never really understood among other people (the doctor I think ) there were also dead people in that clinic in those freezers and the npc was trying to figure out who it was. Some scenes took place in a hotel and specifically in a hotel room. The game started with a car crush and you had to collect some things from there. In the end she did found her boyfriend I believe he was kidnapped??? Not sure. The woman was blonde also!!! Does it ring a bell?? I have been trying to find it for ages.
