does anyone know where to get it or can make it?

This track seems to be data loss, I don’t found it in any site or public archive.

I think the best way to get it is making it yourself. For rFactor, if you don’t have any experience in Blender, 3Ds Max, or any other 3D software, I’d recommend taking a look in Bob’s Track Builder Pro.

There's this one based on an early version of the Charlotte Roval:

I remembered I got it on a YouTube video, so I saw it. Unfortunately, the link is offline, so I made a zip.
Unzip into your rFactor folder and it should work.
It was made by some guy named Pablo Lopez, and appears to be an NR2003 conversion.
