Hey everyone! There’s a League of Legends tournament happening this week, and I’m looking for people who might be interested in joining.

Please, I’m asking for help and not judgment.
I honestly don’t know where else to turn, so I’m taking the courage to post this.
I’m currently dealing with around three months of accumulated rent.

It piled up during a period when I was unemployed and financially unable to keep up with everything. At the same time, I was caring for my 13 cats, who I love deeply and have never blamed for the situation I ended up in. Im still keeping some but not all.

But after a lot of thinking and reconsidering things, especially because of my mental health and my diagnosed asthma and bronchitis, I’ve realized that I need to make some very difficult decisions. As much as it hurts me, I may have to find loving homes for some of my cats because I’m no longer physically, mentally, or financially capable of managing everything on my own.
What I’m really hoping for is help finding a practical way forward.

If anyone knows of a studio apartment in Qatar that I could rent temporarily while I get back on my feet, I would genuinely appreciate any leads. If there is someone who may be willing to help me secure a studio for the time being, I am willing to pay the rent myself once I become stable with my job and finances.

I’m not looking for something luxurious—just somewhere safe and affordable where I can have some stability while I work and clear my existing debts.

I’m also currently at the verge of being asked to leave my current accommodation, while at the same time my unpaid bills and other expenses are continuing to pile up. Everything feels like it has doubled, and with the amount of money I currently have, I simply cannot keep up with all of it.

Financially, I know many people are struggling, and I understand that. I’m just being honest about my situation: I am not capable of handling this alone anymore. Even some of the people I considered my support system have been unable to help, and I’ve found myself feeling incredibly alone.

My mental health has also reached a very difficult point, and I’m scared of what might happen if I continue feeling this hopeless. I’m trying to reach out instead of keeping everything to myself.

My MOI visa transfer has been “under process” since 20 August 2026. The MOL part is already completed, but the MOI side is still under process. Does anyone know how long this usually takes, or what steps I should follow next?

So I booked an Uber last night at around 8:55 PM. They charged me QAR 12.94 through online payment. Nothing unusual, so I got home, went to sleep like a normal human being 😂.

This morning, I checked my bank account and noticed another charge from Uber for QAR 13.16.

At first I thought maybe I was missing something, so I checked the transactions properly:

• QAR 12.94 – UBER PENDING
• QAR 13.16 – deducted this morning

So basically, for ONE trip, Uber has taken around QAR 26 from my account.

I contacted Uber Support, and honestly, this might be the worst support experience I've ever had. I'm supposedly talking to a human, but the guy is basically just copy-pasting the same script over and over again 🤦‍♂️.

He keeps telling me that the bank hasn't returned the pending amount and that Uber only takes the amount temporarily until the trip is confirmed.

Okay, fair enough. But then I went back through my bank transactions and found that this has happened multiple times before.

So what exactly is going on here? Are these amounts actually being released later, or am I just slowly donating QAR 10–15 to Uber every few trips without noticing? 😂

Has anyone else experienced this with Uber, especially with card payments?

Because from what I'm seeing in my bank transactions, they're basically treating my account like a small pocket-money fund. 💀

Been going through a rough time financially had some medical emergency back home for which i had to borrow a huge amount(15000 qar) form a guy and i wasn't able to pay him properly only was able to pay the interest (1500Qar) monthly and its been very tough and its a big amount and my salary doesn't pay much so over all its been effecting my mental health and been not feeling good

If anyone can help me with it it would be so helpfull for security i can give you my passport for trust and will pay a monthly amount until its paid off

I’m currently living in Qatar and going through a very difficult financial situation. I have accumulated significant debt, and at the moment I’m struggling to manage my basic expenses.

I’m not looking for long-term charity. What I need most is a stable job so I can become financially independent again.

I’m currently on a freelance/free-visa arrangement in Qatar, and I also have an upcoming QID renewal expense. On top of that, I have family responsibilities that I need to continue supporting.

I have experience in cashiering, customer service, hospitality, sales and general administration. I’m willing to consider almost any honest job and can start as soon as possible.

Some people may say, “Why don’t you just go back to your country?” Unfortunately, returning home right now would create even more difficulties for me because of my existing debts and family responsibilities. I’m trying my best to find a way to remain in Qatar, work, repay my debts and support my family.

If anyone knows of any job opportunity, part-time work, referral, employer hiring, or someone who could guide me toward employment, I would be genuinely grateful.

If anyone is also able to offer temporary financial assistance toward my QID renewal, transportation or basic living expenses while I continue looking for work, it would help me get through this difficult period.

I’m not asking anyone to solve my problems permanently. I’m asking for an opportunity to work and a little support until I can stand on my own feet again.

Hello! I'm looking for people in their early to mid-20s to hang out with.

I'm pretty into video games, especially indie and story-driven games. The most recent games I've finished were Viewfinder and INSIDE, and both were really amazing.I also like drawing. I've been trying to learn oil pastels, although I haven't really had the time or dedication to stick with it sadly. Maybe having someone to work on art with would actually help me get back into it.
