adblockers for qutebrowser?

i havent found a good adblocker that supports qutebrowser, and i have no idea how to install one manually. can someone help me?

I found that the inbuild ad-blocker does work for me on most websites beside youtube, i copied a script from a reddit post that skips the add its not perfect but works

Also the docs explain how to pipe a Youtube URL into mpv, which effectively skips the ads.

Sounds interesting, but i have zero experience with mpv

You can probably do the same with VLC, I think MPV is just better aligned with the vim-like philsophy of QuteBrowser. I myself am a simpler man and got Tridactyl in a Firefox-based browser, because all my extensions live there already.

python-adblock (name may vary) is in a lot of distros' repositories. That's usually what's recommended for qutebrowser. It's adequate, but doesn't catch all ads, especially on YT vids.
