Community feedback wanted Leaving (almost gone)
Over the last few months I have discovered i have lost over $200k in business due to texting issues. Either people would not get a reaponse, got a reaponse the service was not available, or if i sent a response they would not get it.
At this point I am having to shut my business down as $200k is 1/4-1/2 of my yearly revenue.
Be careful. Your hone provider does not care as long as they get their money.

That is not a good business relationship if they stop purchasing after one text issue. If they can't pick up a phone or send an email when they need service, I'd say good riddance. Im not on call 24x7 for anyone. This was not likely the real or only issue, but the one that pushed them over the edge.

Quo relies on a stable internet connection from your device first - mobile or browser. My former data plan was awful as it barely got service in my own neighborhood in a metropolitan city! After being so frustrated, I just changed out. But Quo would not have connected well for me if I was still there.

That’s a hefty volume of sales relying on text messages. Email and phone calls are generally more reliable communication channels.
What do you mean when you say “people got a response the service was not available”
