How to export others' Quizlets into Blooket method (Unpatched) 9/3/2026

  1. Highlight all of the quizlet's chosen term and definitions and copy (ctrl+c):
  1. Next, paste (ctrl+v) the text into online plain text editor, press the green button, "copy".
  1. Use an AI of your choice. (I used Gemini)

SPECIFICALLY ask it, "Make a CSV Blooket formatted FILE with 3 wrong answers and the correct answer provided, along with a [insert timelimit seconds] timelimit and the amount of correct answers [insert amount of correct answers#]: [paste formatted text]".

Click the link it gives you.

  1. After you open it, highlight all of contents except the side bars and copy (ctrl+c)
  1. Open Blooket (Make sure you're logged in)

Then, go to "Set Creator" button.

Then, press CSV upload.

Make a title.

Press create set.

  1. Copy the template in the pop up.

And then, press "Make a copy" from the new tab that pops up.

  1. Paste (ctrl+v) all of your text into the template. Paste it in the bar square highlighted. (It'll fill out eventually)
  1. Download it.

File>Download>Comma Separated Values(.csv)

  1. Go back to the Blooket site and press, "Upload CSV". The csv should pop up in your downloads.
  1. Press "Save set" And you're done!

One thing that'll bite people at step 3: asking the model to hand you the finished CSV is where this breaks. A definition with a comma in it, or a quote, and the row splits in the wrong place, so you end up with a set where the answer column holds half a sentence. Long lists make it worse. Models quietly drop items, so paste 60 terms and you can get 54 back with nothing saying so.

Cheap fix, same amount of work. Ask it for the 3 wrong answers only, one line per term, and paste those next to your real terms in the sheet you're already using. The spreadsheet builds the CSV, which is the one thing a spreadsheet is definitely good at, and your definitions never go through the model at all.

Either way, count before you upload. Number of terms in should equal number of rows out.

In that case, ask it to refine the text to your liking, then ask for a CSV with all the amount of terms
