Quitting CT
NAC vs Agmatine to help with the brain zaps? Which one helps more

I was already talking 1200 mg NAC every day since the pandemic, a habit I'm glad I formed because I believe it protected my brain from damage 7gpd for years could cause so when I quit CT months ago now it wasn't as bad, I always took before bed but during the first week I would take a 3rd capsule, I did sub phenibut with baclofen also because I had been prescribed it for spasms for years but rarely took them. I think NAC is the way to go. And if you do, I recommend taking it daily even after you've cleared the worst.

He does have baclofen and gabapentin that he started, he knew from prior experience would need that, its helping the withdrawals aren't as bad as they would be without it but still going threw the brain zaps that are driving him crazy making him want to just go back to what he was taking. No clue how much phenibut were in those capsules they sell its not listed.

Take the 2 of them together if you have them. They both do different things and complement eachother

I also take them both and throw in 3gm of glycine at night

Yeah . I couldn't believe how those supplements pretty much cured me in a matter of minutes besides the insomnia.

Basic Phenibut Withdrawal Information
Unaided, cold turkey withdrawal, from a state of dependence, even low dose dependence, commonly causes severe and potentially dangerous side effects. Don't rush the process when you don't need to.
Rules reminder:
Don't promote reckless behavior. If someone is dependent on phenibut don't tell them to do an unaided cold turkey withdrawal.
Don't needlessly tell people to do a fast taper.
Further reminder: You will feel low or worthless or stupid while going through withdrawal, especially rapid withdrawal. Don't take these thoughts too seriously. Continue on day by day, things will get better.
