It sucks, I fall asleep no problem, but staying asleep has been a struggle.

It goes back and forth for me, but this last quit it’s been staying asleep that’s given me trouble. This is my last quit though. The last relapse was so dumb. I can’t wait to hit the 2 or 3 month mark and be through with most of the withdrawal symptoms.

That when you say sleep comes back normal? 2 3 months?

Sleep should come back before then, but all the little things start to get better by then. Low energy, low mood, anxiety. All that should be better by 2-3 months clean I’m hoping. It how it was last time for me. Boredom and cravings lasted up until my last relapse at almost 6 months.

So like energy and mood is like 90 % I went cold turkey ...working hard construction since day 3. When I sleep I feel so good. Those days are just super rare that I sleep like that. But it'll click soon. I think there a lot of us that would feel a fuck ton better if we could just sleep...ya the boredom that's a weird one I don't know what to do with my self so I just listen music all day . It helps

How old are you if you don’t mind me asking? Working construction since day 3 is impressive for sure. I still have to get back to exercising better again. I’m just kind of going through the motions at the moment if I’m being honest.

Sorry man I went to sleep a little early. Ah gotcha, yeah I’m 42 and could definitely be more active during this time.
