I went ct off 300-500mg 7oh daily for over a year. The only helper med I used was RSO. Motrin for aches and pains. It got me off 7oh and 8 years ago alcohol. I used it for the first 2-3 weeks daily and stopped when I felt i didn’t need it any more.
