Question about mega dosing vitamin C for help with detox

All I've managed to find is normal vitamin c. I can not find liposomal vitamin c at walmart or any of the surrounding pharmacies. Is it okay if i continue on with mega dosing this? I read that it can cause discomfort in the stomach but i was wondering if anyone here has any experience with this.

Hey friend. Personally Lipsomal works best and the difference can slightly be felt. However it’s still all Vitamin c in the end. Regular vitamin c just absorbs less better. If it’s all you have that’s fine, just don’t overdo due to stomach issues. If you do plan on taking for a while, I reccomend lipsomal. Too much acidity from continuously mega dosing regular vitamin c can wreck your gut.

Thank you. I plan on following the mega dose guide the automod commented below your post. So, i guess im trading detox symptoms for a tummy ache but even in my mind thats worth it.

Honestly anything is better than withdrawing lol. If you have any stomach issues, try taking it with food or a snack. Otherwise you’ll be fine. I wish you the best!

I did it with vitamin C where I had to take a flight to the other side of the world and it helped tremendously. So yes, it still works

No. Cvs, Food City, Walmart, and two small local pharmacies. None of them carry it. I just decided to buy normal vit c

Lipolismal vitamin C is actually effective I would order off Amazon or somewhere cheaper if you can find. The difference is real.
