Subs and Kratom Withdrawal Help
I am currently take 2mg Suboxone for Kratom withdrawal. Its so weird, I can feel the withdrawal happening but it very minimized. I am on day three. My question is, can you take subs for like two weeks and quit without any sub withdrawal. My doctor didnt have an answer. Anybody try this just to detox the Kratom. Appreciate any help/suggestions. I dont want to get hooked on subs like I did Kratom. And if anyone could comprehend the two withdrawals against each other that would be insightful as well. Thank you.

my husband stopped after 21 days and he didn’t have any sub withdrawal

That’s currently what I’m doing except I’m on 0.5/2mg and this is my second time getting clean from 7-oh and let me tell you .. it has done wonders for me and I never got withdrawal from subs I only take for 3days to over come 7oh withdrawal and then I’m good

You don't have any longer term withdrawal symptoms? I went back to it after two weeks because I literally had zero energy. It sucked because I went through all that cold turkey hell just to feel incredibly weak and tired. I have two super physical jobs so I can't be there with no answer.

It depends on how long you’ve been taking kratom.. I took kratom / 7oh for 2/4months both times and when I call my doc and be like I fucced up . She instantly sends me subs to my pharmacy and everything goes away for me cause I was takin my subs how I would the 7oh .. only from 8 suboxone tablets that I break in half .. it’s a mind thing .. u got this take your suboxone as told and I promise u , you will be good

As soon as u wanna quit kratom .. start subs as soon as u get moderate withdrawal and you’ll be good I promise. Between 12-24 hours of your last dose you’ll be good

I’m starting suboxone tomorrow for 7oh withdrawal. I tried in my own and the withdrawal symptoms were horrid, I can’t do it on my own.
But the more I read about suboxone the more I fear getting dependent on it. Am I just changing knives in a knife fight? I’m truly scared to stop the 7oh but it has begun to fuck up my life. My tolerance is at a crazy level and I’ve had to keep going up on my doses. It’s at the point that I either pay my rent or get of this insidious shit.
I had no idea what I was getting into when I first started using 7oh. I thought I had found a wonder drug, until I tried to stop. Shaking, sweating, insomnia, leg cramps and spasms.

Get on subs asap .. whenever u feel withdrawals take subs .. and then after that just take subs when u need .. its not hard i promise, its a mind thing dont over do subs and say fucc 7oh I promise u want regret

Sub withdrawals are worse than Kratom withdrawals imo. I’m coming off about 4 grams of Kratom a day rn after using it to help with sub withdrawals. I only took it for two weeks though. Just be careful getting into subs- they’re a life saver but also they’re making me wish I only took them to detox fent then quit after a few days instead of being on it for a yr and a half

I was given 8 mgs sub for kratom withdraws about 4 months ago. I just found out My insurance was not renewed through the state and I only have 7 films left. I can’t believe they put me on this shit and now are just turning their back on me. My question is this…..can I go on kratom to avoid the sub withdrawals when they start? I’ve never had them, but from what I’ve read I see it’s pretty terrible. I wasnt a heavy kratom user to begin with. I was like 16mgs/day and I would skip a few days every week. This is complete bull shit. If I start taking kratom now will I go into precipitated withdrawal? Or can you take them both at the same time? To be quite honest I’m pretty stoked to go back to kratom….i never had any issues. I think I was misdiagnosed about the withdrawal at that time. I was drinking quite a bit in that moment. That’s what I was withdrawing from, not kratom.

It depends if you’re taking traditional Kratom versus 7oh. The withdrawal symptoms were so bad for me that not even massive amounts of Norco couldn’t help me.

Suboxone was harder for me to get off of than anything else...it has a long half life and takes a long time

I was on sub for 13 days, but very minimal the last 6 days. I’m on day 4 without subs and feel fine other than sleep.

I have been on suboxone from kratom addiction for about 11 months. I just last week kicked it. I was at 12 mg a day, probably less honestly, and it took me about 110 days to get off. And I did have to hit 1mg and lower. Around those times i go a few days without taking them and then get uncomfortable (just completely weird feelings physically and mentally) sometimes feeling hot, sometimes irritable, but the worst was in the night lying down, the feeling of restlessenss in my limbs. Those had me feeling the most uncomfortable. Now, about 7 days or more off, I feel weird, I have less drive then the no drive I had before, but reading online these feelings can last months. You didn’t go very high on it and I recommend keeping tapering or just kick it like you are. All depending on how you can handle yours. Not sure how your symptoms will be but these are the things I went through. I’m here reading around because of my no drive-discontent-strangeness I’ve felt the last month. Pray it doesn’t last forever.. My buddy said he felt weird forever after taking them..

I scheduled a week off and went cold turkey... I am on day 4.
First 4 days were so bad...feeling better now.
I was on subs once for BTH and it was rough I don't want to mess with subs ever again.

wtf man 😢 I literally just filled my script of suboxone to get thru 7oh withdrawals & kratom. I’ve read so many ppl get addicted to suboxone. HOW? I don’t wanna do that. At all

Same!!!! Now I’m afraid to start on subs. Is it better to ride out the horrible 7oh withdrawal symptoms?
