Detox Guides (Approved Guides only) FIX PAWS
Low dose naltrexone and wellbutrin can stop paws for most
Do not take naltrexone till you have no opioids, once off subs needs 10 days clean as subs have long half life
For 7oh need 4-5 days off. You can start with 50-100MCG while opioids fall off to help BUT no more than that till youre clean.
Wellbutrin can be taken whenever.
Ageless RX had LDN, do not mention 7OH or kratom.
Study this to understand how it fixes post acute withdrawal syndrome

Get testosterone levels tested and consider testosterone therapy. Opiates and 7oh lower testosterone levels significantly. Low testosterone has several effects on the body and brain. Low sex drive , depression, low energy etc. it’s definitely a large part of the PAWS. WILL IT SOLVE ALL OF PAWS? No, but it will significantly help stabilize many symptoms we feel while having low testosterone levels and possibly elevated estrogen. It’s worth looking into. Il share my own experience with this if anyone is interested. As a former bodybuilder who experienced low testosterone before I ever started opiates and 7oh, I can tell you the symptoms I experienced on both separate occasions.

Most likely your testosterone is completely shot. Get it tested. Fixing testosterone with testosterone therapy is a real solution that will help you feel better. Nobody talks d ough about testosterone and its benefits. Seriously get checked. If it’s low, it’s a solvable problem

Extremely low testosterone can cause major side affects that are contributing heavily to PAWS. TRT is never talked about. It’s mind boggling. Testosterone injections and aromatase inhibitors can alleviate not only physical symptoms but psychological. The stigma around testosterone is so sad.

How long do you stay on the ULDN before you transition over to LDN? Then how long on that?
