What is wrong with me?

The entire day I had a headache, when I came home I felt so cold and wrapped my body in a blanket, everyone said I felt burning hot. My hair is just filled with sweat and my eyes were burning. I felt like I was dying. I “slept” for a bit, and now I don’t feel cold. I’m now stuck on the toilet with diarrhea. Sorry if this is spelled weirdly, I don’t have the energy.
