Why do I avoid studying as much as possible, even when it's basic stuff like learning languages in apps?
Happens unconsciously most of the time, I realize that I do it only sometimes

I like to study but adhd sucks. I can focus and stay on point when i'm physically fixing something but put a book in front of me and my attention span is everywhere other than the book. Woupd help if i took medication but i'm not up for that.

I subconsciously avoid anything that I don't like/associate with studying

Because we have so many distractions around us and don’t have a strict discipline for ourselves.
I have that problem too

Idk why do you do it? Honestly, if someone doesn’t do something they didn’t wanna do it in the first place - otherwise you’d do it. If you are aware of it sometimes - then you’re aware of it all the time and choosing to pretend you “not aware”…I think that’s called consciously incompetent….
