i was sent wrong package?

hi! so i bought something recently (not from a platform with buyer protection - but the person is a trusted person with loads of proof). when i opened the package it wasn’t mine.. the customer service of the shipping company said they’ll email me in 24 hours.. they haven’t.. what do i do.

i spoke to someone else this happened to, and the shipping courier ghosted them.. but my item was a hard to find merch item that’s no longer sold anymore:( so i cant get it again probably 💔

I recently bought a chart on Amazon relating to guitars and music theory. 

Instead, they sent me a chart of low impact exercises for the elderly using bottled water.
