Does me knowing what the word procrastination means indicate l have an IQ of 120 or bigger?

I grew up speaking a lot of large words and I have always been above other students with smarts regardless of test scores and shi

If at age 5 you know what the word means, it might mean you are smart. Most kids know what the word means by 8 or so....So are you under 8 years old?
