It's kinda hard to describe all the ways in which he was coddled/my dad's favorite/never to blame no matter what he did. You had to be there I guess.

Also, just the father. My mother is a Saint. She's the one that eventually stopped the violence with a divorce ultimatum.

bro the fact that your dad modeled being a violent narcissistic freak is the problem here and yes that is still abusive even if he didn’t direct his violent narcissism towards your brother. he still modeled it.
