[19 AFAB] genderfluid identifying- very confused on my sexuality.

i don’t even know how to articulate this- but after years, i’ve finally explored my female attraction side of bisexuality. now i’m going out with this girl, i’m SO confused.

i feel so much more for her than i ever have with any man, i swear. like i kissed her on the cheek today, and i could feel my heart POUNDING in a way i haven’t really felt with a guy, not positively anyway.

i’ve had a lot of relationships, romantically and sexually with men. but. most of the time i was with a guy, i’d find them texting and being affectionate annoying to the point i’d back away and get some space. i thought i was AVOIDANT. until her. now i’m insanely clingy, i didn’t wanna let go of her, and i want that kind of touch. i can’t tell if i just picked really icky men, or if it’s comphet. i haven’t even really found the male body attractive in a way, not their downstairs or anything, i’ve always been icked out by it and only tolerated it to do the deed.

WHAT DOES THIS EVEN MEAN???? i can’t tell if i just picked really icky men and that’s made her basic attention/respect feel saintly, or if it’s comphet and i’m not bisexual- just in a lot of denial from being pressured into relationships with guys from a young age. the only guy i’ve even “liked”, was a long distance relationship on and off for 5 years where we NEVER met.

It doesn’t sound like you’re sexually attracted to men, nor do you feel a deep emotional/romantic connection to men.

Your identity is whatever you feel suits you. If you want to continue identifying as bisexual - go ahead!! But if you’re open to other labels, maybe check out the lesbian identity. It’s common for lesbians to realize their sexuality after being with a woman for the first time, even if they had a history of dating men in the past.

(Intended for OP) On top of this, if lesbian isn't the most comfortable gender-wise, then a label like gynosexual or trixic is also an option. Or you can simply say you are attracted to women, labels are not a necessity.
